Terms of Service

The rules for using Trade Radar’s private work-planning tools and public permit context.

Effective date: August 15, 2026. This working pilot policy should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broader launch.

Who operates Trade Radar

Trade Radar is operated by X-Ave Corporation ("X-Ave", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms govern use of the Trade Radar website, private workspaces and related pilot services.

Acceptance and authority

By creating an account, activating a service lane, or using Trade Radar, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and that you have authority to accept them for your organization.

What the service does

Trade Radar helps businesses review public City of Toronto permit information for work planning and service matching. It does not provide homeowner contact information, confirm homeowner intent, confirm a sale, award work, or grant permission to contact a property owner.

Public-data and acceptable use

You must not add, infer, obtain, or use homeowner contact information through Trade Radar; scrape or export the service for automated outreach; misrepresent permit context as a homeowner request; or use the service unlawfully, deceptively, or to harass any person. You remain responsible for your own outreach, marketing, licensing, insurance, and regulatory compliance.

Accounts and access

Keep your magic-link access private and use the workspace only for your organization. We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe the service, data, or another person is at risk.

Pilot data and no warranty

City data and third-party services can be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable. Trade Radar presents City-recorded facts and its own matching interpretation. The pilot is provided on an as-available basis; it is not legal, financial, real-estate, construction, or marketing advice, and it does not guarantee work, contact permission, or results.

Liability and changes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, X-Ave Corporation is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from use of the pilot. We may update, suspend, or discontinue pilot features and these Terms. Ontario law governs these Terms, subject to applicable consumer protections.
